The Therapydia Difference
Our Team

Hanna Prange, DPT, OCS, AAOMPT
Hanna graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2014 then went on to complete a postgraduate residency and fellowship in manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Hanna is a recognized Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and has also earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) which is recognized as one of the highest standards of orthopedic care in the American Physical Therapy Association. She is currently interested in improving efficiency when returning to activity and to sport (ultimate frisbee, lacrosse and running sports) after ACL, hip and shoulder reconstruction and repair surgeries for both youth and adult populations.
Prior to pursuing physical therapy, she earned a BA in Psychology at the College of Idaho where she played varsity basketball and club lacrosse. Hanna works to build a clinic-community based on having fun while helping her patients improve their own health through better movement, strength building and patient advocacy. Hanna likes to stay active by running in the neighborhood, cruising on the local mountains by mountain bike, snowboard or XC ski and playing Ultimate Frisbee in the fall and spring. And, in her spare time, she likes to enjoy Seattle’s rainy season by relaxing with friends over board games and exploring Seattle’s ever-growing baked goods and coffee shops.

Liz Ward
I am from the east coast and moved to Seattle having never visited! I survived my first year here and am just getting started. I’ve made some great friends, gotten a dog, and love exploring the city when I can. I love being active and am super clumsy and accident prone, and always seem to find myself in physical therapy which drew me to Therapydia.

Jessica Jones, PT, DPT
Jessica recently moved to Seattle from Boston, MA and is excited to join the Therapydia team. Her treatment experience includes orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and vestibular therapy. Jessica received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2016. She has completed the Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency at Boston Children’s Hospital and is in the process of completing a Comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation certification. Jessica believes in empowering and inspiring patients to take control of their health through education, movement, and exercise. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and levels while utilizing soft tissue techniques, neuromuscular re-education, balance training as well as therapeutic exercise. In her free time, Jessica enjoys yoga, dancing, kayaking, and hiking with her dog!

John Kim, PT, DPT, CSCS
John recently moved to Seattle from VA where he attended the University of Virginia (UVA) earning his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Virginia Commonwealth University. John’s treatment approach involves a personally individualized combination of manual therapy, corrective exercise, and functional strength training to get people back to what they love doing. A Boston qualifier and lover of biomechanics, his clinical interests include postoperative rehab, return to sports rehab, slow motion gait analysis, and running related injuries. He has a passion for evidence based practice, educating people to help them understand their recovery process, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their long term health. John has experience working with a wide variety of individuals of all ages as well as college and professional athletes. When not in the clinic, John enjoys running, cooking, working out, playing basketball/pickleball, and exploring everything that Washington has to offer.
John is also a certified Strength and Conditioning coach (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is in the process of completing his Dry needling certification.
