Nova Ford Office Coordinator

Nova Ford

Office Coordinator

I’m Nova, from the East Coast beaches of Virginia Beach, VA. I grew up in a military family and trained as a Track and Field athlete for about four years. After my athletic days, I began to take my journey into yoga, finding my balance and grounding support in the holistic world, and supported my knowledge into becoming a Reiki Practitioner. I am continuing my education with movement in the modalities of the body and mind with taking Yoga Therapy training and Herbalism courses, as well as being a student on the mat daily in my own yoga journey/practice. I’m excited to bring my energy and support to the clinic behind the desk to support the team and clients.
